摘要
通过X射线衍射、SEM和TEM分析,研究了电解低钛铝合金和熔配加钛铝合金在铸造状态和热处理状态的微观组织。在6009铝合金中,球形Mg2Si是主要强化相,电解加钛铝合金时效过程调幅分解明显。在电解低钛铝合金中,球形Mg2Si分布更为弥散、均匀。结果表明,电解低钛铝合金的性能和组织优于熔配加钛铝合金。
The microstructure of electrolytic low-titanium alloy and master alloy in different state including in cast and heat treated is studied by means of XRD,SEM and TEM. In 6009 alloys, spherical Mg2Si is the dominant strengthing phase . Spinodal transformation is obviously occurred during the aging in electrolytic low-Ti N-alloy. Spherical Mg2Si is more dispersive. The result shows the property and the microstructure of electrolytic low- titanium alloy are better than that of master alloy.
