亚临床狼疮肾炎的临床病理分析及随访 被引量：4

摘要 系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）患者几乎均伴有肾脏病理改变，然而只有40％～75％的患者有肾脏损害的临床表现。目前．国内少有针对无肾脏损害临床表现的亚临床狼疮性肾炎（SLN）的临床病理研究报告，尚未见有关SLN预后方面的报道。本研究分析了SLN患者的临床及肾脏病理特点．通过长期随访，探讨SLN患者合理治疗方案。
