摘要
探讨了加热柱芯电极的蒸发和激发过程。利用ZnO为载体,Fe_2O_3作增强剂,MgO作稳定剂,碘溶液作卤化剂,样品不需化学预富集,使测金的检出限达到1:5万化探扫面要求,同时还可测定砷、铋、锑。各元素检出限分别为:1.l×l0-9Au,lx10-6As,0.l×l0-6Bi,2×l0-6Sb,试样分析的RSD(n=10)在4.2%~19.8%范围,质量符合要求。
A method for the determination of Au, As, Bi and Sb in geochemical samples by emission spectrometry with a heating axis electrode was developed. The mechanism of solid sample evaporation and excitation by this method was discussed. Samples were analyzed directly by using Fe_2O_3 as an enhancer,MgO as a stabilizer, I_2 as a halogenating agent and without any chemical preconcentration. The detection limits for Au,As Bi and Sb are 1.1x10 ̄(-9), 1x10 ̄(-6), 0.1x10 ̄(-6)and 2 x10 ̄(-6) respectively.The satisfactory results for these elements in geochemical samples were obtained with precision of 4.2% ~19.8% RSD(n=10).
