摘要
以红实美草莓匍匐茎剥取茎尖,不同大小茎尖接种到不同配方的茎尖诱导培养基中。实验结果表明:0.5mm大小茎尖在培养基MS+6-BA0.5 mg/ml+KT1.0 mg/ml上成活率最高,达到80%,并且其中87.5%可以不经过愈伤而直接成芽;转接到MS+6-BA0.5mg/ml培养基上增殖效果最好,增殖系数达6.8;再生芽转接到生根培养基1/2 MS上,培养15d,生根率达100%,平均生根6.4条/株;生根试管苗在园土/煤渣=2/1的基质中驯化,成活率高达100%,苗生长健壮。
Taking the stem points of the red solid beautiful strawberry, the different big and small stem points are vaccinated in the different formula stem point induction culture medium. The experimental result indicates: The 0.Smm big and small stem point the survival rate is highest on culture medium MS + 6-BA0.5 mg/ml + KT1.0 mg/ml, achieves 80%, and 87.5% may not recover from injury but directly becomes the bud ; switching over culture medium multiplies the effect to MS + on the 6-BA0.5mg/ml is best, growth multiple reaches 6.8; if the regeneration bud is switched over to take root on culture medium 1/2 MS, raises 15d, the rate of taking root reaches 100%, equally takes root 6.4/; taking root the test tube seedling domesticates in garden earth / coal ash dregs the =2/1 matrix, the survival rate reaches as high as 100%, the seedling growth is vigorous and healthy.
