New Development in Surface Modification Technique for Improving Adhesion Property of Polyethylene Coating in Oil and Gas Pipelines

摘要 文章综述了输油输气管道防腐涂层技术和以聚乙烯为主要成分的防腐涂层补口技术的现状,介绍了提高聚乙烯涂层粘接性能的表面改性技术的一些新进展,重点介绍了笔者在国外工作期间开发的一项新的聚乙烯表面紫外光接枝改性技术,该技术具有工艺简单、实用化程度高等优点。文章还对影响接枝物粘接性能的关键因素进行了探讨。 This article briefly reviews the current status and recent developments of the anticorrosion coating technology used in oil and gas transportation pipelines, and the joint coating technique using mainly polyethylene. It also reviews the recent developments in the surface modification technique for improving the adhesion property of polyethylene coating. This article emphasizes on a new polymer surface UV initiated grafting technique invented by the author during his work abroad, this technique has a lot of advantages, such as easy processing, high practicality, over other methods. The critical factors affecting the adhesion property of the grafted polymer are also discussed.
