在低温分离工艺中注入水合物抑制剂是为了防止水合物的形成,堵塞设备和管道,根据乙二醇的物理性质选用乙二醇作为低温分离工艺的水合物抑制剂。文章就整个工艺中所涉及的主要问题:乙二醇注入点的选择;乙二醇的注入浓度的确定;乙二醇注入量的确定;乙二醇的注入设施即注入喷嘴进行了详细的阐述。
Hydrate inhibitor injection in low temperature separation process is to prevent hydrate from forming and to prevent equipment and pipelines from being blocked.Due to its physical characters,glycol may be selected as hydrate inhibitor of this process.Described is selection of glycol injection points,determination of glycol injection concentration and volume and glycol injection devices.
