聚精氨酸修饰玻碳电极上多巴胺的电化学特性及其检测 被引量:8

摘要 用循环伏安法制备了聚精氨酸修饰玻碳电极,研究了神经递质多巴胺在该聚合物薄膜修饰电极上的电化学行为及其检测。在pH7.0的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,多巴胺在聚精氨酸修饰电极上于0.19V和0.16V处出现一对灵敏、可逆的氧化还原峰。在最佳测试条件下,氧化峰电流与多巴胺的浓度在3.0×10^-7~8.0×10^-4mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为Ipa(μA)=86.063C(mmol/L)+20.183,相关系数r=0.9993,最低检测限(3σ)5.0×10^-8mol/L。用于多巴胺针剂含量的测定,结果满意。 The preparafon of polyarginine chemically modified electrode and the electrochemical behavior of dopamine on this modified electrode were studied. The electrode was applied to the determination of dopamine. In PBS buffer( pH 7.0), a couple of sensirive and reversible redox peak was observed. The current is proportional to the concentration of dopamine in the range of 1.0 × 10^-7~ 8.0 × 10^-4mol/L with a detection limit of 5. 0 × 10^-8mol/L. The modified electrode has good repeatability. Also, the determination of dopamine content was evaluate and the results were satisfactory.
