摘要
提出一种用于表面三雏形貌恢复的数字全息显微方法.通过记录经4f系统放大的物体实像的离轴菲涅尔数字全息图,由数字再现技术获得物体的放大像,由此计算出物体相位反差像,从而得到物体的微现形貌.实验结果表明当物体位于4f系统的前焦面时,可以消除相位信息中的附加相位因子,不需相位补偿即可获得准确的表面三维形貌信息.
A digital holographic microscopy of surface morphometry is proposed. Off-axis Fresnel holograms recorded with a magnified image, which is obtained by using a 4f system, are numerically reconstructed. Then the surface map can be traced out according to the phase-contrast image. The experimental set-up is designed, and the results show that when the object is located in the front focal plane of 4f system, the accurate surface features can be computed directly without the correction of phase aberrations.
