摘要
技术是组织的重要属性,也是组织持续发展的动力。技术与组织之间存在一个由冲突走向和谐的历程。传统社会贯彻的是由技术到组织的单向决定路径。随着技术的发展和组织复杂化程度的提高,这种单向的决定模式逐渐与实践相背离,技术与组织的关系在生产力发展的宏观背景下获得了实质性的变迁。现实要求技术与组织之间在动态的互构中创造和谐。技术与组织的互构是技术自身发展的必然结果,技术与组织的和谐归根到底是技术与人的和谐。
Technology is an important property of organization as well as the driving force for the continuous development of organization. The relationship between technology and organization is transforming from that of conflict into that of harmony, A unidirectional route from technology to organization was traditionally carried out in the past. However, along with the development of technology and the increasing complexity of organization, this unidirectional model is gradually deviating from the reality and the relationship between technology and organization undergoes substantial transformation. The reality calls for a harmonious co-construction between technology and organization. The co-construetion between technology and organization is the inevitable result of the development of technology itself and in the final analysis the harmony between technology and organization is actually the harmony between technology and the human being.
