血、尿α1─微球蛋白和尿白蛋白联合检测对肾功能的评价 被引量:2

THE COMBINED DETERMINATION OF SERUM AND URINARY α 1 MG AND URINARY ALBUMIN FOR THE CLINICAL APPRAISAL OF KIDNEY FUNCTION

摘要 血、尿α1-微球蛋白(α1-MG)及尿白蛋白(Alb)联合检测可作为肾功能损害早期诊断的灵敏指标。对221例各类肾脏疾病患者和57例正常人(对照组)的血和尿α1-MG、β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)及尿Alb进行了放免检测。结果表明:患者血和尿α1-MG、β2-MG及尿Alb值均明显高于对照组(P<0.001和P<0.05)。患者阳性率:血和尿的α1-MG分别为82.4%和84.2%;血和尿的β2-MG分别为79.6%和73.3%;尿Alb为91.4%。显示了α1-MG、Alb阳性率高于β2-MG,故在各种肾病早期诊断和恢复期观察应首选α1-MG和Alb。 The combined determination of serum and urinary α 1 MG and urinary albumin (Alb) can be used as the sensitive indices of the early diagnosis of kidney function. The serum and urinary α 1 MG, β 2 MG and urinary Alb values for 221 cases with different kidney diseases and 57 normal subjects are measured by radioimmunoassay. The results show that the values of serum and urinary α 1 MG, β 2 MG and urinary Alb of patients are significantly higher than that of healthy subjects( P <0.001 and P <0.05) . The patients positive rates of serum and urinary α 1 MG is 82.4% and 84.2% respectively, serum and urinary β 2 MG is 79.6% and 73.3% respectively, and urinary Alb is 91.4%. It is suggested that the positive rates of serum and urinary α 1 MG and urinary Alb is higher than that of serum and urinary β 2 MG. So the determination of α 1 MG and Alb should be used in the early diagnosis and recovery observation of different kidney diseases.
