摘要
对醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚乳液(VAE)产品贮槽内高粘度乳液搅拌混合不均匀的原因进行了分析,提出了有效的改进措施,并对改进后的搅拌器桨叶及轴进行了校核计算。
The cause of non-uniform mixing was analyzed of the high-viscous emulsion in the storage tanks for VAE products, some efficient improvements were proposed, and a check calculation was made of the improved paddles of the mixers and shifts.
