摘要
对竹浆纤维的基本形态结构进行了研究分析,分别运用扫描电子显微镜、木质素定量法、红外光谱法等手段,将竹浆纤维与粘胶纤维的性能进行了比较。两者纵、横截面形态差异较大:前者表面笔直,横截面相比粘胶纤维有较多的孔隙和明显的裂缝,因此湿强低,易染色,湿态断裂伸长率大。
In this paper the basic structure of bamboo fiber is analyzed by use of electronic microscope scan and by means of lignin content and infrared spectrum. A comparison is also made between bamboo fiber and viscose fiber. The cross section of the both fiber is quite different : Bamboo fiber has a straight surface and a cross section of more holes than that of viscose fiber, which makes bamboo fiber weak in wet strength, easy in dyeing and long in wet breaking stretch.
