摘要
阐述了服装业大批量定制的内涵和三大要素。提出了面向大批量定制的服装生产策略,包括转变观念、采用面向大规模定制生产的产品设计方法进行业务流程重组、运用信息技术、提高生产机械化、自动化程度和采用模块化设计。介绍了大批量定制的服装生产模式,如产品族设计技术、标准化和规范化生产、产品配置设计和快速反应系统。并指出我国服装业应该尽快实施大批量定制。
Concept and content of mass customization in clothing industry are illuminated, and three factors of mass customization are pointed out. Production strategy of mass customization in clothing industry is proposed, tochange idea, redesign business process and make use of information technique, improve mechanization and automation of the production and adopt mold design. Production models catering to mass customization, including design technique of product family, standardized production, design of productive dispose and rapid response system are introduced. Mass customization should be implemented in clothing industry of our country as soon as possible.
