摘要
食盐中碘含量的测定,一直以来都是人们关注较多的问题,测定方法也多样;本文系统研究了以淀粉为显色剂的可见分光光度法。通过大量试验测定,确定适当的实验条件;并对市场食用盐进行测定及加标回收试验,验证方法的正确合理。
The content of iodine in table salt, always get lots of attention from public. And there are several different ways to analyze it. In this article, we look deeply into the visible spectrophotometry (starch must be used) method. Through a lot of experiments ,the proper measure conditions have been found. We use this method to measure some table salt in the market. Further more, recovery test has been done to find out whether our method is right or wrong. The result is satisfying.
