帕金森病中5-羟色胺能系统结构和功能的变化 被引量:1

Changes of functional anatomy of serotonergic systems in Parkinson's disease

摘要 帕金森病(Parkinson'sdisease,PD)中最显著的变化是底丘脑核(subthalamicnucleus,STN)神经元的过度活动,这是导致PD临床症状的主要原因。中脑中缝背核(dorsalraphenucleus,DRN)中5羟色胺(5hydroxytryptamine,5HT)能系统可能在PD状态下STN神经元过度活动中发挥重要的作用。本文主要讨论了PD状态下DRN中5HT能神经元、5HT能纤维投射及受体在数量和分布等方面所发生的变化的研究进展,提出应用5HT类药物是PD治疗的新思路。
