摘要
最近几年,在市场经济强有力的推动下,现代物流业得到了长足的发展。然而,物流人才尤其是高级物流人才的短缺严重制约了物流业的进一步发展。如何构建具有中国特色的物流人才培养机制,为现代物流业的加速发展奠定扎实的基础,作者从浙江物流人才现状的分析中提出了自己的观点。
In recent years, compelled by the powerful market economy, the logistics industry has achieved great advance. However, the severe shortage of logistics professionals, especially senior executives has become great barrier for the further development of the logistics industry. With an analysis of the status and drawbacks of Zhejiang＇s logistiCS industry, the author puts forward suggestion on how to build logistics professional training mechanism with China＇s characteristics, so as to lay a Solid foundation for the rapid development of modern logistics industry.
