摘要
采用厌氧芽孢杆菌为主的微生物对光叶楮白皮进行了生物法制浆,然后进行补充化学漂白。通过对不同工艺条件制得浆料的化学成分进行分析,并与2种化学制浆法进行了对比。结果表明光叶楮白皮直接用生物法制浆优于先预热处理,后生物制浆;在35℃、6~7天的生物处理效果优于25℃、13天的处理效果。光叶楮白皮的生物制浆从得率、白度、化学药品消耗和能耗均优于亚硫酸铵法和碱性草酸钠(APO)法。
Mainly by anaerobic bacilli, the Broussonetia Papyrifera white bark is used for biological pulping, ,then pulp is chemically bleached. By the analysis of chemical pulp element in the different processing condition and the comparision with two kinds of chemical pulp, the results indicates that the Broussonetia Papyrifera white bark directly used for biological pulping is better than that preheated before biological pulping. Biological pulp treated at 35℃ for 6-7 days is better than that treated at 25℃ for 13 days. Compared with ammonia-base sulfite pulping and alkali peroxide oxalate pulping, biological pulping of Broussonetia Papyrifera white bark has high yield of pulp, high brightness, low chemical and energy consumption.
