摘要
用HPLC法测定山东、河南、重庆产金银花中绿原酸的含量。以绿原酸标准品为参照物,甲醇∶0.4%磷酸水溶液(30∶70)为流动相,流速:0.8 mL/m in,运行时间:30 m in,检测波长:245 nm。结果表明:山东产金银花中绿原酸含量为50.248±0.487 1 mg/g,河南为49.900±0.535 2 mg/g,重庆为49.418±0.801 2 mg/g。经方差分析显示F=2.236(P>0.05),说明山东、河南、重庆产金银花中绿原酸含量无显著差异。
HPCL was used to determine the content of chlorogenic acid in Flos lonicerae collected from Shandong, Henan and Chongqing. Chlorogenic acid was used as the standard substance. Chromatography was performed with methanol with 0.4% hosphoric acid as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.8 mL/min for 30 min at a wavelength of 245 nm. Chlorogenic acid contents showed no significant variation in the samples collected from different habitats, being 50. 248 ± 0. 4871,49. 990 ± 0. 535 2 and 49. 418 ± 0. 801 2 mg/g （P 〉 0.05 ） for the above-mentioned three places, respectively.
