摘要
采用虫体浸渍法测定了增效剂PBO,DEM,TPP对辛硫磷、顺式氯氰菊酯、虫螨腈的增效作用。结果表明,DEM对辛硫磷有显著增效作用,PBO对顺式氯氰菊酯、虫螨腈有显著增效作用。定量测定了增效剂PBO,DEM,TPP对甜菜夜蛾(Spodoptera exigua)3龄幼虫多功能氧化酶脱甲基作用,谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶,羧酸酯酶的抑制作用。结果表明,增效剂剂量在一定范围内与酶抑制率呈正相关关系;当剂量超过一定范围时,酶抑制率保持在一定水平,不再随剂量增加而递增,甚至随剂量增加而下降。
Synergism of three synergists ( PBO, DEM and TPP ) to three insecticides ( phoxim, aiphacypermethrin and chlorhenapyr ) was tested with the dipping method. DEM showed a high synergism to phoxim, and PBO to aiphacypermethrin and chlorhenapyr. The effects of the 3 synergists on the enzymes of 3'd instar larvae of Spodoptera exigua were studied and the results showed that in a certain range of concentration, the inhibition rate of the enzymes were positively correlated with synergist rate. Beyond that range, the inhibition rate sloped rising and began to drop instead.
