摘要
目的探讨七年制临床专业学生一般自我效能感、心理健康的特点以及相互关系,为高校大学生心理健康教育提供依据。方法采用一般自我效能感量表(GSES)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)对240名医学生进行测评。结果不同性别学生一般自我效能感、心理健康水平差异无显著性,医学生一般自我效能感与心理健康各因子存在显著负相关(P<0.001),结论一般自我效能感与心理健康各因素存在显著的相关关系。一般自我效能感是影响学生心理健康的重要变量。
Objective To investigate the relationship between general self-efficacy and mental health status in medical university students. Methods 240 students of Fujian Medical universitywere asked to answer the questionnaires of General Self-Efficacy Scale（GSES） and SCL-90. Results The score of GSES of male medical university students are not significantly higher than that of their female counterparts. The scores of GSES are negatively related with all factors of SCL-90 （P〈0. 001）. Conclusion The general self-efficacy of medical university students has certain relationship with their mental health status. General Self-Efficacy is the vital variation which affects the mental health of students.
