摘要
分析汽车空调器(丙烯腈/丁二烯/苯乙烯)共聚物(ABS)支架的结构特点及质量要求。设计模具时将ABS注塑件具有公差要求的部分设计到同一个半型中以便于整体加工,可以较好地使公差保持在一定范围内;采用潜伏式浇口可以保证注塑件的表面质量;针对整体式镶块结构的特点,采用了分型面排气槽排气和推杆间隙排气相结合的方法以保证排气顺畅;使用环形冷却水道设计可以避免水道与推杆的相互干涉。经生产实践检验,该模具结构设计合理,动作可靠,满足了使用要求。
The structural features and quality requirements of ABS bracket of vehicle air conditioning are analyzed. The sections of ABS injection part with tolerance requirements are designed in the same mold for convenience of whole processing, as a result the tolerances can be controlled in a certain range. The tunnle gate is adopted to ensure the part surface quality. Parting surface exhaust is combined with push rod clearance exhaust to ensure smooth exhaust. Loop cooling pipe system is designed to avoid interference between cooling pipes and push rods. The practice proves that the mold has reasonable structure, works reliably and it can meet operating requirement.
