摘要
对内河航道航政管理的现状进行了介绍,分析了其中存在的主要问题。提出了系统设计目标,给出采用J2EE技术规范构建内河航道航政电子政务系统的总体设计思想。将内河航道航政电子政务系统分解为航标管理、巡航管理、行政执法、网上审批、报表查询、航政信息和航道收费等多个子系统,对各子系统功能进行了描述。最后给出了系统应用效果。
The actuality of present inland waterway channel manage is introduced, and the main problems of that are analyzed. The system design goal is introduced. The design thought is given that the system＇s total design of inland waterway management electronics governmental affairs is set up using J2EE technique. The E-government system is divided into navigation mark management cruise manage, administration enforcement, examine and approve on net, waterway manage information, and waterway charge. The descriptions of every subsystem functions are given. Finally the effect of the system application is given.
