中西医结合治疗术后早期炎性肠梗阻12例体会

摘要 目的:探讨术后早期炎性肠梗阻的临床特点及中西医治疗方法。方法:通过12例病例,结合文献分析术后早期炎性肠梗阻的病机、特点、手术及使用中药三七总苷等保守治疗的效果。结果:12例中,1例中转手术致肠破裂,术后并发肠瘘。11例均采用三七总苷等保守治疗痊愈,平均治愈时间11.5d。结论:术后早期炎性肠梗阻多发生在术后4d～7d,由小肠炎性水肿粘连引起,宜采用非手术治疗。配合中药三七总苷可缩短疗程,初步效果良好。
