摘要
论述了湿法烟气脱硫装置的腐蚀环境,详细分析了FCD装置中各部位的腐蚀特点以及各种腐蚀种类和产生原因。根据影响各部位的腐蚀因素,有针对性地提出了FGD各部位的防腐蚀方案。根据腐蚀特性和选材原则,对各种防腐蚀材料进行了对比,提出了湿法烟气脱硫装置防腐材料的优化配置。
The corrosive environment of wet flue gas desuifurization unit is described. The corrosion characteristics and corrosion types as well as corrosion root causes in different sections of the unit are detailed. The corresponding protection schemes and associated material selection are optimized based upon th.e corrosion features and material selection principles.
