摘要
目前多数医学院校的医学微生物学实验教学,仍侧重于已知原理—验证的验证式的教学模式,学生的科学思维没有得到有效的锻炼。因此,有必要在现有的实验教学基础上开设探索性实验内容,其具体方法是将现有的实验课内容尽量采用探索性的实验方法、增设2-3个探索性较强的实验、组织课外兴趣小组等,使学生通过选题-探索-实践-迁移过程培养科学思维和实践能力。
At present, the laboratory teaching of medical microbiology in many medical schools is concerned with a trial by using knowned principles. The students' creative ability aren't given full play. So it's necessary to open exploratory experiments on a base of existing experiments. The concrete methods include adopting methods to the best of our abilities of exploratory experiments according tO existing experiments, opening two or three experiments with more stronger exploration and organizing interest group after class, which will enable students to gain the capabilities of scientific thought and practice by the course of question, explore, practice and transference.
