摘要
目的通过实验考察空心莲子草总皂苷对小鼠化学性肝损伤的保护作用。方法采用D-半乳糖胺制备肝损伤小鼠模型。测定各组动物血清中丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)的活性和肝脏丙二醛(MDA)的含量,并取肝脏作病理组织学检查。结果空心莲子草总皂苷可降低损伤小鼠血清ALT、AST的活性和MDA的含量。结论空心莲子草总皂苷对小鼠化学性肝损伤有一定的保护作用。
AIM To investigate the influence of total saponin of Altemanthera philoxeroides on mice liver damage induced by D- GIaN. METHOD The model of mice damage induced by 5% D-GIaN were used. The activity of serum alnine aminotransferase (ALT), serum aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and the quanity MDA were measured. The changes of the liver pathological were observed. RESIST The activity of ALT, AST and the quantity of MDA in the model group were reduced by total saponin of Altemanthera philoxeroides. CONCLUSION This experiment showed that the total saponin of Altemanthera philoxeroides had effect in protecting liver damage by chemical.
