摘要
文章认为中小企业已成为长沙市经济发展中最具影响、最有活力的一支力量,在推动长沙市经济发展的各个方面都起到了不可替代的作用,但是中小企业融资难、流动资金紧张,已成为制约企业发展的最主要的因素,如何突破发展“瓶颈”,提升长沙市中小企业的融资能力,促进长沙市乃至湖南省的经济健康快速发展,政府、银行和企业自身都各有其责,各有所为。
Small ＆ medium sized enterprises （SMEs） become the most significant and energic economic growth in Changsha. They play an indispensable role in development. But we should know that difficult financing becomes main SMEs＇ development. How to solve the problem in order to advance promoting Changsha＇ s force of economic disadvantage factor and restricts financing competence, promote economic development in Changsha and Hunan province, the government, banks and enterprises should carry on their own responsibility and tasks.
