摘要
认为疑难病是诊断疑惑、治疗困难的病证。疑难病的治疗贵在辨证，其辨证方法主要是从症辨证，通过辨主症、辨兼症、辨客症确定证名，然后随证论治。提出疑难病的病因以痰、瘀、郁、虚四者为主，治疗应着重治疾、治瘀、治郁、治虚，或兼而治之，并要求做到有胆有识，有方有守，如此方可取得较好疗效。
Stubern diseases are these disorders not to be easy for diagnosis and to be dif-ficult for treatment.The treatment of the diseases must paid more attention to identifying the pat-tem.The identification method is mainly recognized the pattern based on the symptoms,deter-mined the name of the pattern through identifying main symptom,related symptom and guestsymptom,and then the treatmenty is according to the patterns. In the paper,the author suggestedthat the causitive factors of stubern diseases mainly are phlegm,blood stasis,depression and vacu-ity,the treatment of that must put importance to treat phlegm,blood stasis,depression and vacu-ity,or treat all of them simultenously.The doctor must be asked to have more learning,to becourageous,to use good fownula and believe its action which can give good effect if doing likeabove.
