摘要
通过对新安江水库黄尾密鲴三年的系统调查，结果表明：（１）黄尾密鲴个体绝对生殖力ｒ＝４．４２１５×１０－５Ｌ３．７７１８，个体相对生殖力与体长的增长关系和ｒ基本相同；ｒ与ｒ／Ｌ与肥满度基本呈正相关；（２）密鲴性成熟年龄２－３龄；体重（Ｗ）与体长（Ｌ）呈幂函数相关，Ｗ＝５．０８８７×１０－５Ｌ２．８１７０，（ｒ＝０．９６）（３）密鲴为腐屑泥食性鱼类；（４）产卵期５－７个月，５月中旬至７月中旬是产卵盛期，产卵水温为２２－２８℃；（５）受精卵在水温２４℃时经３５小时４０分钟孵化出苗，胚胎发育各阶段的特征与一般硬骨鱼类基本一致；
Based on three-year investigations of Xenocypris davidi Bleeker in Xinanjiang Reservoir, some results are obtained as follows:(1)individual absolute fecundity of X. davidi is r=4.4215×10 -5 L 3.7718 ;the realtaion between relative fecundity and gain in body length is basically the same as r; r and r/l increased obviously with increasing age; r, r/l and r/w are directly correltated with maturing coefficient;r and r/l are basically direct correlation with condition factor; (2)sexual maturing age is 2 to 3 years old; body weight (W) is power correlation with body lenhth (L),i.e W=5.0887×10 -5 L 2.8170 ;(r=0.66);(3)X.davidi mainly feed on detritus and mud(detritus-mud feeder); (4)spawning season is MMmay to July, of which mid-May to mid-July is spawning peak period, the water temperatures of spawning being 22 to 28℃;(5) fertilized eggs hatched in 35 hours and 40 minutes in 24℃;morphological features of embryonic development are basically the same as those of commmon teleost fish. Brief characteristics of post-embryonic devolopment of fry hatched after 1 to 5 days and fingerligs are also described.
