摘要
用哈茨木霉T2-16的菌液制剂拌种能显著提高花生出苗率和成苗率,使花生叶色加深,叶绿素含量提高,矮化植株和促发分枝。原液处理比对照和赤霉素均极显著增产,而灭活液对花生产量的影响作用不明显。
Seed-dressing with metabolic product of Trichoderma harzianum T2-16 improved the emergence and standing of peanut, deepened the color of the leaflets, increased the content of chlorophyll, lowered the plant height, and promoted the emergence of branches. Comparing to the control and GA3 treatment, the two raw solutions of metabolic product increased the yield by raising the rate of crop standing and per peanut productivity, while the steriled solution show little effect on yield.
