摘要
目的:观察青芪散对免疫损伤性小鼠自然杀伤细胞(NK细胞)和白细胞介素-2(IL-2)的影响,并探讨其机制。方法:将72只小鼠随机分为6组,每组12只,除正常对照组外,其余5组小鼠均采用卡介苗+脂多糖造模。于造模第二天起青芪散小、中、大剂量组小鼠以青芪散小、中、大3个剂量灌胃;迈普新组小鼠以迈普新腹腔注射;病理组和正常对照组小鼠以氯化钠溶液灌胃。实验共10天,处死后观察各组小鼠NK细胞、IL-2及肝脏病理情况。结果:青芪散中剂量组小鼠NK细胞、IL-2水平显著增高,肝组织病理学改变与病理组、青芪散小剂量组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。与迈普新组比较,差异无显著性意义。结论:青芪散对免疫损伤性小鼠非特异性免疫机制和细胞因子的网络调控有调节作用。
Objective. To study the effect of Qingqi granules on natural Miler cells (NK) and interleukin-2 (IL-2) of mice with immunological liver injury. Methods: The mice injuryed by bacillus Calmette and Guerin (BCG) plus lipopolysaccharide (LPS) were treated by the 3 doses of Qingqi granules, control with the Thymosin α1 it was observed that effects of Qingqi granules on NK cell, IL-2 and pathology changes of the mice liver. Results: The NK cell and IL-2 of serum were significantly increased respectively by Qingqi granules median doses; pathology changes of liver tissue were improved by Qingqi granules median doses as well as contuol group. Conclusion: Qingqi granules have a adjusting function to the nonparticularity immunity mechanism and the cytokine network of the immunological injury mice.
