摘要
目的建立旋光法测定舒巴坦钠含量的方法。方法以水为溶剂，运用旋光法对舒巴坦钠进行含量测定。结果舒巴坦钠浓度在1～25mg／ml范围内与其旋光度呈良好线性关系，回归方程：C=4．0397α-0．0402，r=0．9999，平均回收率99.7％，RSD为0．8％（n=5）。结论本法简便易行，结果准确，可作为该原料的质控方法。
Objective To establish an accurate method for the determination of the content of Sulbactam sodium. Methods Polarimetry analysis was used; Solvent： water. Results The standard curve was linear in the range of 1 - 25 mg/ml. The regression equation was ： C = 4. 0397α - 0. 0402, r = 0. 9999. The average recovery rate was 99.7% with RSD of 0.75%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate and suitable for the quality control of Sulbactam sodium.
