摘要
隐孢子虫病可致人和多种动物的腹泻等症状,是一种人兽共患原虫病,给人类生命安全带来严重威胁,也给畜牧业带来巨大的损失。建立稳定、持续的动物模型可以帮助寻找合适的控制方法和治疗药物。现就隐孢子虫的动物模型、防治等方面的研究情况作一综述。
Cryptosporidia are intracellular extracytoplasmatic protozoan with a monoxenous life cycle. They cause a pronounced diarrheal disease and may be life-threatening to human and animal resulting considerable economic losses in livestock. The establishment of model with Cryptosporidium can help to find effective measures for treatment and control of cryptosporidiosis.
