摘要
目的采用横断面调查的方法探讨贵阳市区健康男性人群胫骨超声速率(SOS)随年龄变化的趋势,建立本地区定量超声(QUS)诊断男性骨质疏松(OP)的参考数据库。方法以社区693例健康男性志愿者为研究对象,用以色列Myriad公司生产的sunlightomnisense7000TM型超声骨密度仪测量其右侧胫骨中点的SOS。结果按每10岁为一年龄段,男性胫骨SOS的峰值出现在45~54岁年龄组为(3938.40±89.16)ms,在峰值出现之前SOS随增龄而增加,之后SOS随增龄而降低。男性SOS随年龄变化曲线的三次方程为[SOS=0.0022(年龄)3-0.4223(年龄)2+24.518(年龄)+3491.9,(R2=0.1035,P<0.05)]。结论贵阳市区不同年龄健康男性胫骨SOS随年龄变化而变化,胫骨SOS的测定能为男性OP的诊断提供一定的依据。
Objective To cross-sectionally investigate the age-related variation of speed of ultrasound (SOS) at tibia in male in Guiyang urban area in China, and to establish the database for diagnosing male osteoporosis (OP) by quantitative ultrasound (QUS). Methods A total of 693 healthy male volunteers were selected in this study. Speed of sound (SOS) were measured in the middle of tibia by ultrasound scan (sunlight omnisense7000TM, Myriad,Isereal) and analysed, and compared with the data of female in the same area which obtained before. Results Data were analyzed in age groups which divided by an interval of 10 years. The peak SOS at tibia in men was shown in the age group of 45-54 and it was (3938.40 ± 89.16) m/s. The SOS value increased with the age before the peak SOS and declined with the age after the peak SOS. This cubic equation was [SOS = 0.0022 × (age)^3-0.4223×(age)^2 +24.518xage+3491.9,(R^2 =0.1035,P〈0.05)]. Conclusions The tibia SOS in healthy men in urban areas of Guiyang is age-related and is helpful in diagnosing male OP.
