survivin在胃癌组织中的表达及意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨胃癌组织中凋亡抑制因子survivin的表达及其与临床病理参数的关系,评价survivin的表达在胃癌预后判断中的价值。方法应用免疫组织化学SP方法,检测60例胃癌、7例正常胃组织中survivin的表达。结果survivin在7例正常胃标本中均为阴性;60例胃癌组织中34例阳性,阳性率56·7%。其表达状态与胃癌的分化程度、淋巴结转移有关;与TNM分期有关,但统计学上无明显差异;与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤大小无明显相关性。结论survivin在胃癌的发生、发展中起重要作用,检测胃癌组织中survivin的表达可作为评价胃癌生物学行为和判断预后的重要指标。
