摘要
随着我国高等教育由“精英化”向“大众化”的转变,高等教育的质量保障显得尤为重要。本文在反思我国高等教育的外部质量保障机制的基础上,从政策、法律和中介组织等方面提出建立符合西北地区高等教育的外部质量保障机制。
Along with our country＇s higher education from elite to popularization,the quality assurance of higher education will become more and more important .On the basis of analyzing the external quality assurance mechanism of our country＇s higher education ,this article proposes to establish the external quality assurance mechanism of Northwest from policy,law,intermediary and so on.
