摘要
根据低比速离心泵叶轮流道的几何和流场特点,简要阐述了计算的控制方程和叶轮通道网格划分方法,采用压强连接的隐式修正SIMPLEC算法,结合雷诺平均法的RNGκ?ε模型和壁面函数法对叶轮内部的三维湍流流动进行计算。依据计算结果,分析叶片数对低比速离心泵流速分布、压力分布和泵性能的影响,揭示叶轮内湍流的流动规律,提高低比速离心泵的优化设计水平。
According to characteristic of the geometry and fluid field in the low specific centrifugal pump impeller. Introduces grid generation method and the governing equations of calculation in impeller passag.eway. Based on Reynolds average N-S Equation and SIMPLEC, the RNG κ-ε model and wall surface function was applied to study the 3D turbulent flow in the impeller, according to calculation, analysis the impeller convection of the low. specific centrifugal pump in the influence of pressure distribution and pump performance in impeller, to improve optimization design of the low specific centrifugal pump.
