摘要
轻量化机枪的动态稳定性分析,首先建立其理论分析模型。并针对某型机枪,采用空间梁单元模型,运用频率灵敏度分析方法。以单元宽、高度等状态变量为约束,枪架重量最小为目标函数。通过对其结构参数优化,使其射击频率与结构固有振动频率匹配更加合理,实现其射击的动态稳定性。
Based on dynamic stability analysis of lighter machine gun, the analysis model for dynamical stability was established at first. The beam element model of a certain machine gun was used and the frequency sensibility analysis method was adopted. The state variable were the length and breadth of element section etc, the objective function was the minimum weight of machine gun. Through the structure parameter optimization, the matching between firing frequency and structure solid vibration frequency was more reasonable and the dynamic stability of firing was realized.
