摘要
城市历史街区具有丰富的历史文化资源,对其适当的开发和利用是实现历史街区可持续发展的有效途径,游憩业的发展是新时代世界经济发展的一个大趋势,为历史街区提供了一个良好的发展契机。本文通过上海市新天地、多伦路、衡山路三个历史街区的实证调查分析,对三个街区的历史形成背景、利用模式、经营方式、使用者行为特征以及产生的社会影响等方面进行了比较和研究,得出历史街区游憩利用的一般性特征和规律。
Making proper exploitation and using of historic districts in urban region,which provides us lots of historic and cultural resources, is an efficient way to ensure the sustainable development of historic districts. The development of recreation industry provides a great opportunity to historic districts. Based on the field investigation and analysis of Xintiandi, Duolun Road, H engshan Road, and comparison on the historical development, exploitation modes, management manner, the characteristics of recreation distribution behavior and its social impacts, thus drew out the general characteristics and rules on the recreational exploitation of historic districts.
