三甲氧苯基荧光酮分光光度法同时测定钢铁中钛和锡

摘要 在pH2.5的氯乙酸-氯乙酸钠缓冲溶液中,表面活性剂吐温-80存在下,Ti(Ⅳ)和Sn(Ⅱ)均与三甲氧苯基荧光酮发生灵敏的显色反应,据此建立了分光光度法同时测定钢铁中钛和锡。Ti(Ⅳ),Sn(Ⅱ)络合物的最大吸收波长分别为600nm,529nm,体系的表观摩尔吸光系数分别为8.9×10^4,6.4×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1,络合物的组成比均为1:2。方法的线性范围对Ti(Ⅱ)为0~600μg/L,对Sn(Ⅱ)为0~700μg/L。方法已用于钢铁中钛和锡的测定,结果与认定值相符,RSD〈2.6%。 A spectrophotometric method was proposed for the determination of titanium and tin in steels based on the color reaction of Ti(Ⅳ) and Sn(Ⅱ) with trimethoxyphenlyfluorone(TMPF) as the chromogenic reagent and tween-80 as surfactant in HAc-NaAc medium at pH 2.5. The maximum absorption wavelength for Ti(Ⅳ) and Sn(Ⅱ) are 600 nm and 529 nm, respectively. Their apparent molar absorptivities are 8.9×10^4, 6.4×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1, respectively. The linear range of the method is 0-600μg/L for Ti(Ⅳ) and 0-700μg/L for Sn(Ⅱ). It has been used to the determination of the titanium and tin in the steel samples with RSD〈2.6 %.
