摘要
总结了RAPD(random amplified polymorphic DNA)标记技术的原理、特点及在使用过程中的注意事项。综述了目前在番茄种质资源研究、亲缘关系和遗传多样性方面的研究、品种纯度鉴定、分子标记辅助育种以及在遗传图谱构建等方面的应用情况及其前景。
The principle, characteristics and attentions that should be paid to of the random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) are synthesized. Moreover, the current situation and prospects of varieties identification, molecular markers assisting selection genetic relationship, genetic polymorphism and construction of genetic map in the tomato researches and production are reviewed.
