摘要
在对对外资源型投资项目风险管理内涵界定及其风险管理基本程序的介绍基础上．分析了对外资源型投资项目不同阶段所面临的主要风险因素,运用模糊综合评价方法建立了对外资源型投资项目的风险评价模型框架,并给出了评判测度依据,从而为对外投资决策提供定量的科学依据。
This paper analyzes the main risk elements of foreign resource-based investment project in different phases on the base of introducing the definition of foreign resource-based investment project and the basic process of risk management. According to these analyses this paper formulates the risk evaluation model of foreign resource-based investment project using fuzzy synthesizing evaluating method. And it also gives the measuring and evaluating criterion for decision. And this can provide scientific criterion quantitatively.
