摘要
为了实现泵测试系统的自动化过程,采用组态软件为开发平台,以工业控制机为硬件核心构成了测试系统。介绍了泵测试试验的要求,在分析了“组态王”优点的基础上进行了测试系统的硬件设计和利用组态王6.0开发系统的过程。通过VB与组态王6.0之间的通信及在VB环境下利用最小二乘拟合的方法绘制泵特性曲线。.该系统具有易操作,工作稳定数据精确等特点。
For the sake of realizing the automation process of pumps test system, the Platform is developed by configuration software and the hardware core is the industrial computer. The main contents of requirement of pumps test are introduced. The hardware design of the test system and the King view 6.0 development process is depicted based on analyzing the King view advantages. The characteristic curve of pumps is drawn by the communication between VB and.King view 6.0, and the least square data fitting method. The system has many characteristics such as handle, work stably, data precision etc.
