摘要
2005年中国饭店业对外资全面开放。为应对强劲的国际市场竞争,构建符合饭店行业特点和国际惯例的市场运作主体,在我国建立一个具有国际竞争力的饭店集团十分必要。以中国知名的饭店集团品牌“锦江”为例,通过与国际著名饭店集团品牌的比较,分析我国饭店业集团化的现状及存在的问题,并提出相应对策,是探讨我国饭店集团化的重要尝试。
Hotel industry in our country began to be open entirely to foreign capital in 2005. It is very necessary to form a native hotel group with the ability to challenge the international competition in compliance with the characteristic of hotel industry and international practice. This article analyzes the reality and problems in our hotel conglomeration and then offers a proposal by giving the example of China's famous hotel group "Jinjiang International" and comparing it with international notable hotel group brands. The article aims at establishing a model of hotels conglomeration and discussing successful ways for our hotels conglomerations.
