中药卵巢方治疗放置宫内节育器后异常出血疗效观察 被引量：1

摘要 目的观察中药卵巢方对放置宫内节育器后引起异常子宫出血的疗效。方法将放置宫内节育器后月经期持续10 d以上的妇女104例随机分成试验组和对照组各52例,均予安络血治疗5 d,试验组加用卵巢方5 d。2组均重复上述治疗3个月,观察6个月。结果治疗后试验组经前出血发生率明显降低,经期持续时间明显缩短;对照组则无明显变化。结论中药卵巢方可滋阴补肾、活血调经,对放置宫内节育器后出血疗效确切。
