家禽抗病育种研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 禽病一直是养禽业的一大难题,给社会造成巨大经济损失,并严重危害人类健康。近年,家禽育种工作者把育种方向主要集中在禽的经济性状,各种资源被用来增强与经济利益相关的生长性能而牺牲免疫应答能力。在长期选择作用下,家禽的生产性能大为提高,但应激能力很差。随着分子生物学技术的发展,家禽抗病育种的重要性越来越显著。本文就抗病育种的遗传基础和方法、对某些疾病抗病育种的研究成果及其与生产性能的关系作了介绍,并对抗病育种的发展前景作了展望。
