摘要
目前我国高校主要实行两学期制,由于学期冗长、课程设置僵硬,导致高校教学与科研的运行缺乏弹性,成为制约我国高校人才培养质量、教师队伍建设的瓶颈,推行学期制改革势在必行。但在推行学期制改革过程中,往往出现盲目求变、换汤不换药的跟风操作,结果适得其反。在深入分析当前的几种学期制发展成因及浙江大学四学期实践的基础上,提出了多轨制的短学期制思路,并从学期划分、课程设置、课时安排和师资规划等方面阐述了多轨式学期制的建议。
At present, most university in our country implements two - semester system, due to the long semester and the stiff curriculum, the movement of teaching and scientific research lacks of elasticity, which becomes the limitation and the bottleneck in raising educational quality and training teachers. So carrying out the reform of semester system is imperative. But in the process of carrying out the semester system reform, the operation of pursuing to change blindly and changing in form but not in content often appears, and finally the result is just the opposite to what one wishes. Based on analyzing the development origin of current several kinds of semester system and the practices of four - semester in Zhejiang University thoroughly, this article proposed the ideal about short semester system by multi - axle, and elaborated the suggestion of multi - axles system from many aspects, such as semester division, curriculum, class hour arrangement and training plan of teachers.
