摘要
涟钢CSP生产线自投产以来,钢中酸溶铝的控制不稳定,酸溶铝命中率较低。钢中酸溶铝控制过高,会造成铝的浪费;过低,则延长了LF精炼炉调铝的时间。在生产中可以通过调整钢中酸溶铝来控制钢中的夹杂物、组织性能,但不同钢种对酸溶铝的控制要求并不相同。通过现场试验研究,对不同钢种、不同终点氧含量采取不同的调铝工艺,有效提高了酸溶铝的命中率。
Since CSP Line of Lianyuan Iron and Steel Group Co, Ltd has been used formally, the control of acid-solubie aluminium in steel isn't stable ,and hitting ratio is low. When the control of acid-soluble aluminium in steel is too high, it will cause aluminium waste. When low, it will bring about increasing time of adjusting aluminium of LF refining process. We can control inclusions in steel structure and capability by adjusting acid soluble aluminium in steel during production, but the control of acid-soluble aluminium of different steel grade is various. Through spot test and research, if we adopt different technologies of adjusting aluminium to different steel grades and different end-point oxygen content, hitting ratio of acid-soluble aluminium can be improved.
