要素流动粘性是导致区域经济非均衡的一项重要原因。随着技术的进步,要素流动粘性正在出现减弱的趋势。区域制度竞争是克服要素流动粘性的有效方式。政府在降低要素流动粘性、促进区域经济均衡发展方面能够发挥重要的作用。
The stickiness of factor flow is an important reason of the non-equilibrium of regional economy. The stickiness of factor flow is weakening along with the advance of technology. The regional institution competition is an efficient method to weaken the stickiness of factor flow. The government can play an important role in weakening the stickiness of factor flow and promoting the equilibrium of regional economy.
