摘要
目的:针对传统的毛囊移植手术后存在的移植发稀疏的缺点,本文对新型卵圆形打孔器毛囊移植技术在移植发密度方面的改进进行临床研究并提出解决的办法。方法:使用新型的卵圆形打孔器毛囊移植技术对620例脱发患者进行毛囊移植手术治疗并对卵圆形打孔器毛囊移植技术所恢复的移植发密度、成活率进行测量。结果:620例患者术后恢复顺利,无手术感染发生。术后随访12个月,患者对移植发密度满意。结论:通过对620例卵圆形打孔器毛囊移植手术的临床效果的分析总结以及与以往毛囊移植手术技术对比后,笔者认为,卵圆形打孔器毛囊移植技术结合显微移植单位毛囊移植技术应成为现代毛发移植手术的主要方法。
Objective The disadvantages of traditional method for hair surgery are presenting. Slot punch method is the first attempt to match the size and shape of the recipiemt precisely to the donor graft. It avoids the problems of distortion and compression and,thereby,combines the advantages of naturalness with density. Methods Slot punch method was used to treat 620 bald patients. Results All cases were treated with hair surgery. They were satisfactory about the results after 12 months followed-up. Conclusion Comparing the clinical results in this study with traditional methods of hair surgery, we strong believe that slot punch technology with micro graft transplantation is a more efficacy method in hair surgery.
